Living Life On Target aligns with organizations to bridge the performance gap by developing skills in the following key areas: communication, leadership, management skills, people skills, presentations, sales, mental fitness and team building. Greater skill and behavioral change builds greater confidence to lead, pivot, and proactively approach today’s everchanging business and global environment. Utilizing interactive, in-person and virtual engagements and individual, professional coaching, participants are engaged and inspired to apply learnings immediately and intentionally for recognizable behavioral and performance results.
When organizations invest in their leaders, there is a higher degree of engagement that translates into improved teamwork, increased trust, reduced silos, better communication, and improved decision making..., improved performance, higher retention, and so much more.
Today more than ever, leaders want to expand their abilities to motivate, inspire, challenge, lead, pivot, model, inspire, mentor, coach, delegate, be accountable, lead, and engage their team members to be psychologically safe, all while juggling the technical and regulatory requirements and other aspects of the role. Leadership can be extremely satisfying and life-impacting, for yourself and others, depending on how you engage it.
One-on-one coaching can help you navigate change, talk through difficult situations, increase your mental fitness, and hold you accountable to expand your leadership toolbox with consistent and meaningful pursuit. With Living Life On Target, there is no cookie cutter approach to coaching so we can come along side to assist where you need it.

During the past seven years, our company, The American School of Protocol®, had had the pleasure of using Diane Vinyard to teach all of our in-person and virtual speaking skills classes. Our audience is comprised of C-suite level managers and above, so our instructors must be highly skilled in their subject matter. Diane always receives high marks on her training as well as great client feedback.
Diane recently lead a two-day training involving cross-functional teams. This was the most engaged I've seen our team be in a training session in years. I am looking forward to advancing several of the concepts in our project teams.
Diane is creative, innovative and dedicated to her Corporate clients. She looks for ways to team and partner with organizations to truly meet their needs rather than solely provide out of the box training. Her course has provided the foundation for our Associates to take what they learn in class and apply it in our real world here as well as at home.
Diane is one of those rare individuals that's able to pierce the haze of business complexity and distill your challenge(s) into bite-sized opportunities. She's authentic, engaging and a trusted advisor you'll turn to time after time. Confident and skillful without being intimidating, she's someone you'll want your organization and staff to know and engage, if measurable quality improvement is what your seeking.
Diane is an outstanding trainer and consultant. She is thorough in her preparation and takes time to listen to her clients. As a result, her recommendations are spot on and accurate in bringing about the desired result. As a trainer she exudes a quiet confidence, easily adapting to the needs of the moment and delivering with excellence. While Diane is always professional, she has a warmth that is disarming and empathic.
Having been in several training contexts that Diane was leading, I have regularly been encouraged, challenged, and empowered to excel. That’s because she has a strong commitment to bringing out the best in those whom she is serving. Diane exemplifies the values and principles of Dale Carnegie. She will be an asset to anyone she works with.
